So, I encourage more to look for ways of doing their thing wherever they can. Even if it is by the roadside, I think it is important. Members are saying that there must be a way of cushioning everybody in this country. That lies with us. We should have thought about that when we were in the budget-making process. So, we must think about that next time. Right now, we are even saying that money for the NG-CDF is not there. Are we going to, again, say that this money is not there? In future, every Member, out of the 290 constituencies, should propose that we put that in the Budget, so that we can cushion every person in our constituencies."
