"content": "Remember it is still within your powers to propose amendments to the National Government Constituency Development Fund Act to include supporting such endeavours. You are the ones who make the law. That is your Act. So, thinking progressively, you can propose amendments to it, so that you can free the NGCDF to also chip in.
