    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in 20 years, this is the closest we have got to getting a new Constitution. When the PSC came from Naivasha, the whole country heaved a sigh of relief. The team that went to Naivasha thought as Kenyans. For 11 days, they sat together and produced a good document for this country. Since then, we have retreated to our communities, regions and our interests. My appeal to the Members is: Let us not deny Kenyans what they have been waiting for, for 20 years. If we compare this Constitution with the current one, there are so many good things in it. Therefore, we cannot afford to throw away the baby with the bath water. I appeal to the Members not to deny Kenyans a new Constitution."
