"content": "Tell the aspirant for Kakamega gubernatorial seat to listen to me. We know our governors; we have lived with them. I want the Chair to have the last chance to speak to this. Unless the National Treasury or the public private partnership committee will have an overriding power in the approval, it is very dangerous to give governors and county governments a free cheque to look for anybody.
