The kind of innovations that I saw from the young people in Makueni County as a result of COVID-19, if the Government was serious, they would have bought those machines from the young people. If the Government was serious, they would have asked the young people to innovate solutions to all the problems that the county governments face such as lack oxygen in our hospitals."
