    "content": "Sen. Linturi, you must criticize this Government because you formed it. The youths who took part in the Kazi Mtaani Programme have not been paid. It was recently reported that the money that was meant for the Youth Fund was diverted to pay recurrent expenditures. Who are we supposed to ask these questions? Sen. Linturi is aware of the NYS Scandal and how money was misappropriated. I do not need to repeat what happened in the NYS Scandal. The solutions to Kenyans and the young people is not to give them menial jobs."
