"content": "However, through innovative startups, our fishermen discarded the paraffin driven lanterns and went for solar lanterns. Through investors and startups and innovators, those lanterns are recharged at stations driven by solar. It is creating jobs and business opportunities for our young people out there. If you do not have the guts to go fishing at night, all you need to do is set up a lantern charging station driven by solar. You do not have to pay the full capital expense upfront. You can have a unique rental or leasing model that only M-kopa has done. Some of those items have SIM cards and if you do not pay for the day, then it is terminated. All that is innovation and startups that needed to be supported."
