    "content": "There are many things that people in the villages are not aware of. I have seen during the capitation of Kshs30,000 that was given to the youth to promote them to get into Technical Vocational Education and Training Institutes (TVETs). Most of the people in the rural areas are still fundraising to take their children to TVETs. However, in most of the places where awareness was created, particularly where I come from, all the TVETs that were started, I remember one called the Sotik Technical Training Institute, before we created awareness, there were 30 students, but today they have around 3,000 students."
