    "content": "This Bill will also encourage the national Government and county governments to ensure there is a linkage to research and development institutes such as the Kenya Agricultural & Livestock Research Organization (KALRO) and the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI). We have been encouraging our youths to start agribusiness. When you talk about KALRO, it is in this research institute where we shall have many ideas pertaining to such businesses."
