    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we are here because of the common mwananchi and the county governments. We should ensure that all the common wananchi in the county governments are represented and satisfied that there is service delivery in the counties. We need to find solutions to land disputes that occur on a daily basis in the counties. If the counties come up with laws stating the actions to be taken in the event of land disputes, such as the gazettement of the land in question, it should be done immediately so that people live harmoniously. This piece of legislation will ensure that everyone in our counties is satisfied."
