    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Bill. I congratulate Sen. Were for this Bill. Devolution was meant to bring services to the local people at the counties. Devolving the Government Printer to the counties will enable counties to do publications very fast. It will also enable all the citizens to access and read legislations passed by their leaders and understand what their leaders are legislating. This will move the Bills of the counties faster than it has been."
