    "content": " I would like now to take you back to the Act because we are shying away from it. We passed the Act. Allow me to read this on record because this is an historical event. Section 6 says:- “In the exercise of the powers or the performance of the functions conferred by this Act, the organs specified in sub-section (4) – and “c” is the National Assembly - shall ensure that the national interest prevails over regional or secterial interests.
