    "content": "Section7(1) of the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) Act provides that within 14 days of the commencement of this Act or the occurrence of a vacancy in the commission relating to the members under Article 232 (b) and (c) of the Constitution, the relevant nominating body shall advertise at least in two local daily newspapers of national circulation, invite applications from persons who qualify for nomination under the Constitution and this acts as a nomination as a member of the commission."
