To provide the licensing authority with information with respect to any change in its directorship or shareholding in accordance with Clause 16. (Dr.) Musuruve to second the Bill, the Bill seeks to create a uniform framework which shall form the basis of licensing processes in the counties. This will guarantee certainty and predictability for business owners trading within counties. It is vital for the ease of doing business at the county level. All the time we talk about ease of doing business in this country. This Bill will go a long way to ensure we set up a good environment for our businesses in county governments."
