The Committee comprises of Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., who is also the host Senator; Sen. Moses Kajwang’ and Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations; Sen. Rose Nyamunga, a Member of the Speaker’s Panel and Sen. Victor Prengei."
