The Committee observed that hiring promotions and transfers at ENDA has been undertaken based on ethnic favouritism, nepotism and cronyism. The Committee observed that eight employees were dismissed unprocedurally and unfairly. Having looked at the observations, it is unfortunate that the recommendations have been given by the Committee after almost a year after investigations when these officers are home.
