Farah Maalim said quite clearly that 47(A)(2) says that notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Constitution. So, there is no need of hon. Wetangula going into the Constitution when it has been said in clear English, notwithstanding what he is saying, 47A(2)(a), (b) and (c) holds. So, you have made a ruling that has moved forward."
