It provides that: “When a draft Constitution proposing the replacement of this Constitution has been introduced into the National Assembly, no alterations shall be made in it unless such alteration is supported by the votes of not less than 65 per cent of all the Members of the Assembly, excluding the ex-officio Members.” I have found as much that you cannot make an alternation to the draft Constitution or disapprove the draft Constitution unless you garner 65 per cent of the vote.
