Section 23 of the principal Act is amended- (a) in subsection(2) by inserting the words “and one of whom shall be nominated by the council of county governors” immediately after the words “wildlife conservancy body” appearing in paragraph (e); and (b) in subsection(4) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (f)- (fa) provide support to local communities negatively affected by activities undertaken with respect to wildlife conservation and management;"
