    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT Clause 6 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “including community and family- based care and support for persons with mental illness” immediately after the words “community health services” appearing in paragraph (e); and (b) in sub-clause (2) by inserting the words “including community and family- based care and support for persons with mental illness” immediately after the words “community health services” appearing in paragraph (b)."
