    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT Clause 6 of the Bill be amended by- (a) deleting the words “two persons” appearing at the beginning of paragraph (g) and substituting therefor the words “one person”. (b) inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (g)- (ga) one person nominated by the cooperative society representing the largest number of small-scale coffee associations in Kenya."
