    "content": "Movement permits (a) holds a licence issued pursuant to section 27 of this Act; and (b) has applied for, and obtained a movement permit issued, in the case of— (i) buni and parchment, by the respective county of origin; (ii) movement of clean coffee from the coffee mills to the warehouses, by the respective county government; and (iii) movement of clean coffee by buyers upon purchase, movement of purchased clean coffee to warehouses by millers, or movement of clean coffee for export or import, by the Board."
