    "content": "THAT the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after Clause 31— 31H. (1) A coffee miller may bulk parchment or buni coffee of the same quality and characteristics in order to attain millable quantities. (2) A coffee miller who bulks coffee shall avail information, in the prescribed form, to an exchange and the direct settlement system provider on the proportions of the bulked coffees for purposes of processing payments."
