    "content": "Inspections (2) The Board and the respective county executive committee members may, separately or jointly, conduct inspection of coffee farms, coffee nurseries, pulping stations, coffee mills, warehouses, cupping laboratories, roasters or coffee buyers’ vessels transporting coffee to monitor compliance with the requirements of this Act. (3) A smallholder, a grower, a pulping station operator, a transporter, a miller, a warehouse operator or a buyer shall accord an inspector access and necessary assistance for effective inspection. (4) A person who fails to accord an inspector access to premises and information commits an offence."
