(1) The Cabinet Secretary shall, in consultation with the Board and the Institute and by notice in the Gazette, impose a levy of two per cent on the export import value remitted by coffee buyers to the Board for the development of the coffee industry. (2) The levy imposed under subsection (1) shall be apportioned as follows— Coffee development Levy"
