This interaction of giving them responsibility to make regulations will help this Bill to have regulations that will help it to be easily enacted. Those mechanisms are critical. Therefore, they will put this into the fore. During the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) process, this is one of the Bills that stood out as Bills moving forward on how to enhance county neatness and national engagement in terms of prompt payment. If we do not have prompt payment, then we do not have systems that can work even on a social-economic model. We cannot have a macro economic model that can work with people who are discouraged because they will not be paid on time and, therefore, there is no necessary circulation that is important to come on board."
