This Bill came before BBI. In fact, when BBI was being published, we had gone to the Third Stage and then they said that part of the Bill is the Prompt Payment Bill. So, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery and it is also an accolade to the Senate. So, thank you, Sen. (Dr.) Zani. For the record, let it be known that we did not take it from BBI, they took it from us."
