    "content": "This Bill also proposes to establish a Sovereign Fund where 20 per cent will come from the national Government. That is what many countries do because people benefit from natural resources for generations. There are generations that have gone but we are here to keep them for the generations to come. We will have allocations at various percentages to ensure that people benefit."
