    "content": "The Mining Act that was debated in the National Assembly did not have provision for distribution of resources. Later on, they did. We do not have the mining sector alone but there are so many other sectors. For example, we have forestry, sunlight and water. It is important to have legislation on all these. That is why the Natural Resources (Benefit Sharing) Bill is important."
