    "content": "On many occasions, many people imagine that it does not matter. So long as we have paid a few people, ensure politicians and a few local leaders are safe and well taken care of, then we can exploit and do as much as possible. We are living in a society that is increasingly being informed on their rights and freedoms. A time will come when people will demand for their rightful share. We need to provide for this legal framework and clearly state what is due to a host community. For example, what is due to the people of Turkana County on whose land we have found oil reserves? If we do not provide the framework, then chances are that the local communities will set up a price for themselves and you do not want to find yourselves in such a situation. It will be chaos and anarchy. Chances are they will set a price that will price out most of these businesses."
