    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the last time this Question came to this House, there was a query regarding the disagreement between the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation and that of Medical Services with regard to the projects that have to be funded, particularly the projects in Kisii and Meru. In my constituency, for example, the Committee determined that the funds should be utilized to improve the facilities at the newly created district hospital which, unfortunately, is not under the Ministry of Medical Services but Public Health and Sanitation. Have you resolved those issues or are we still going to rely on the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation to send this money to health institutions?"
