    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the line Ministry for the health component is the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation. Indeed, I am aware that there have been some issues in some constituencies where the line has not been quite clear as to the institution picked; whether it falls within the purview of the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation or that of Medical Services. I am also aware that there are discussions going on between the two Ministries to resolve that particular issue. That is not a question that I can directly answer but I am, indeed, aware that there are consultations going on between them to resolve that particular issue which has arisen in a number of constituencies."
