    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as you may be aware, this Question was answered sometime back. So, I can confirm that monies have already been released. For example, I know that monies have been released to the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation. I do know that the Ministry is rolling out half of the funds to 159 constituencies. It is approximately Kshs8 million for each. I am also aware that the Ministry of Education is also in the process of rolling out. We have already given them Kshs2 billion and a further Kshs2.4 billion will be released next week. I am aware that all the constituencies that have met the criteria are in the process of releasing Kshs8 million to each of the centres of excellence. I can confirm that the process is already ongoing."
