Unfortunately, we had scheduled this matter to be worked on tomorrow and so we will proceed. As I have said, we are resuming debate which was interrupted on Wednesday, 7th July 2021. At that point, Hon. (Ms.) Nangabo had finished contributing. So, we will get any other Member who wants to speak. Hon. Members, I will not be in a position to quickly know who spoke last time.
