    "content": "If we must deviate substantively from the Public Service Commission Act then, it means we will go contrary to the provisions of the County Governments Act. So, we shall be seeking to amend this clause so that the Chairperson can have a university degree. These are the only two main issues, the rest of it as alluded to by Members is streamlining and ensuring the human resource performs in accordance with the requirements of their job description. This will translate into better output for the county governments."
