Article 8 of the Constitution says clearly that there shall be no State religion. This is a matter of religion. This is a House of records and traditions. This Bill was sponsored by the former Leader of the Majority Party. Was he sponsoring it as the Leader of the Majority Party or as the Member for Garisa Town?"
