    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Let us debate from a point of knowledge and remove excitement and religious interests from this issue. Hon. Member, this is a Government Bill committed to the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. I have not spoken. I am waiting for Members to speak so that you get the legal opinion after everybody else has spoken. It is a correct Government Bill that was signed off by the former Leader of the Majority Party, who happened to be a Muslim like all of us who happen to be in one religion or another. It has been recommitted to my Committee. We are considering it. If Members are contributing to it, contribute on issues of fact and law and avoid the sideshows because they do not help at the end of the day."
