    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. This is a House of debate. How I wish you would give me more time because I have been interrupted. I have not even finished my debate. The issue is that when someone rises on a point of order, he should say what is out of order. A matter of debate should be given an opportunity. The reason we debate is that the Mover of the Motion or the Bill needs to look at the issues that he or she needs to respond to when it comes to replying. I am actually in order. We are trying to debate. We want to make this Bill better. When a matter comes to the Floor of the House, it becomes the business of the House. When we go to the Committee of the whole House, we will have to amend accordingly to improve the Bill for the benefit of everybody in this country.
