The request is made to the Speaker by the Vice Chair of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, the relevant Committee. Hon. T.J. Kajwang’ earlier gave the House an update of progress of how far they have gone in terms of the Report. It is a fair request that we get a chance to have the Report from the Committee and hear the Members of the Committee on how they have engaged the Bill and give a few more Members on this Bill.
