    "content": "Most of these mental facilities are heavily underfunded. We expect the Ministry of Health to increase allocation to Mathari Mental Hospital and MTRH among other mental health facilities in future. Suicide and depression are part of mental health, and I hope that when we pass this Bill, it will give us an opportunity to go into the future with that. Madam temporary Speaker as a country we need to agree on how to approach this. How people handle rejection--- It is sad that one of the issues that Sen. Iman has raised is where a teacher laughed at a girl who soiled her dress during her menses. We also need to have counselling for teachers so that they can know how to handle our children who are going through adolescent’s stage and are sensitive.
