    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, what worries me is if you allow people to start speaking their mother tongue. He uttered some words here. He is trying to tell us that our five fingers are not the same. However, imagine if some Maasais are watching and what he said is something that we cannot even think about. I do not think that he should be allowed to get away with what he has just done. We should restrict him to speak in a language that all of us can hear and understand. If we were all allowed to say anything, I would also drop some Kisii vocabulary that nobody understands and give it my own interpretation."
