    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I would like to raise a concern. First of all, I would like to congratulate my colleagues who have tabled many Reports for Bills and other issues in their committees. As you are aware, the Departmental Committee on Lands receives many petitions. You did grant us leave and ordered that we make sure that we deliver our pending business within our committees and you gave us timelines. Last week the Departmental Committee on Lands really worked and we were able to finalise three petitions. When I asked for them this morning, I was told by the senior clerk of my committee that the Reports are going through quality control.
