    "content": "because what the Ministry has given is inadequate. We need to see progress on how we can prevent COVID-19 at the same time allow people to travel. We could even introduce measures such that everybody who travels by bus must be vaccinated. That will allow them to transport people and in a way be promoting vaccination within our country."
