    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I feel the pain of Hon. Nassir because it affects our membership a lot. Whenever I take a plane to Eldoret or Mombasa, we normally do not do social distancing. This is very interesting. I am just wondering whether planes are corona free. It looks like when you sit in a plane, you do not get corona but, when you sit in a bus, you can get it. It is a very interesting scenario. If we have allowed the air transport to carry its full capacity, it is only fair that we allow the buses and the matatus to do likewise."
