    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand to oppose that Motion. I have two reasons. I will do it very briefly. First, it is uneconomical to do so. Every time a session of the House is held here, there is some economic hit on the purse of Parliament. This is a practical thing. Secondly, going by the record that has been set this morning, it is unlikely that this Motion would achieve the intended purpose which is to help people debate further. It seems as if no amendment will pass. Therefore, it makes no sense to extent the time."
