    "content": " That is something we should look at. The accreditation is, therefore, important. The other thing that is important is that we must look at the cost of healthcare, the management of human resource, the improvement of infrastructure and primary healthcare. I will tell Dr. Pukose that in most countries, primary healthcare at the prevention level is left out. That is where you put public money. Therefore, the NHIF just pays for people who are sick and that is covered. This Bill is on the right direction. We will look at it and propose amendments as it is taking us to UHC.
