"content": " Hon. Millie, it is true that there is too much weight being placed on the NG-CDF narrative and the backs of Members of Parliament for no good reason at all. The NG-CDF is barely two per cent of the national Government’s share, and then you share it across 290 constituencies. You then hear the Cabinet Secretary for Education speaking as if that is the entire budget for building school infrastructure in this country and the Cabinet Secretary for Health also talking about social cushioning of the indigents through the same funds. It is a shame. So, Members of Parliament, it is time you stood up. You must inform the Government it has the social contract to do those things. The NG-CDF comes in to assist in the extreme cases that the Member of Parliament can see. This narrative must get out there. Let us have Hon. Garane Hire, Member for Lagdera."
