    "content": "Finally, we also need to talk to our county governments. I have heard one of my colleagues say that our county governments have a role to play in this issue of health service provision. I attended a meeting today morning where people were complaining that almost all dispensaries that were built under the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) have not been operational up to now. We need to ensure that Kenyans get health services. So, we must ensure that, that also happens as we build the Universal Health Coverage."
