"content": "Another problem I have seen is that there is a lot of corruption in this country, especially in the management of some of those funds. I do not know what we will do but, we should be very clear about the management of those funds being above board. So, those who partner with us are encouraged to do so. The risk we have is a facility like this one in the next two to three years being run down due to corruption and somebody is arrested. We want to ensure that the management of those facilities are by people who can be trusted. I do not know how because corruption is here with us."
