    "content": "Finally, just to reiterate what Hon. Osotsi said on the issue of Secondary Education Quality Improvement Project (SEQIP) as a programme. Let the Government now move with speed and implement. It is in phase two. Phase one was fully implemented, phase two is now facing challenges a year later and yet it is supposed to roll out to the third phase. Therefore, once those three are combined, we will have a sufficient answer from the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Education and Research. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
